Photo Restoration Pricing
The cost of restoration will depend on the condition of the original photo and the complexity of editing you would like us to do. We will give you an exact quote upon examination of the photo. To give you an idea of the price range, restoration cases can be broken into several relative categories:
Basic restoration:
the original is in reasonably good condition – moderately faded, a few moderate scratches or small stains, small or unimportant areas that are damaged or missing, no major colour correction required. - $30-40
Sample of basic restoration:
Advanced restoration:
the original is in rather poor condition, very faded, strong sun burn spots, multiple or extensive scratches, creases, moderate water or mould damage, small to medium parts of the photo may be completely damaged or missing (except people’s faces and limbs) – $40-60
Samples of advanced restoration:
Major restoration:
the original is poor: photo torn apart into several pieces, significant part of the photo is missing (especially face or body details), severe water or mould damage, severe scratches and/or surface cracking, etc - $60-90

Removing unwanted objects from the image, background replacement, colouration of a black and white photo and collages are all priced by quote.
