PRESENTATION MATERIALS
PORTFOLIOS
We will design a professionally looking porfolio according to your vision of it and reflecting the medium you are working with and the style of your works.
We will match the design of your existing portfolio if you just need to update it with new pages.
We will provide you with colour accurate printed copies of your portfolio. We also can provide an electronic version of it in the PDF format that is convinient for inclusion in submissions on CD and for making it available for download from your website.
SUBMISSIONS ON CDs AND OVER EMAIL
Now almost all submisiions for juried shows and solo exhibitions are accepted exclusively in digital format. Files have to be sent as a CD or over email. Some organizations have very particular requirements regarding image sizes, file formats, naming conventions and so on.
If your computer skills do not extend far beyond sending e-mails and browsing
the Internet (which is common for many artists), we can relieve you of the
burden of figuring out all those technicalities.
Your CDs will be prepared exactly to specifications and accompanied with printed CD covers and high resolution laser disk labels.
Submission over e-mail can be as easy as one phone call to us if we have the photographs you want to submit on file. If not, we will photograph your pieces and will submit them on your behalf.
PRESENTATIONAL CDs
Having a CD that contains a multimedia presentation about you and your art can be an important part of your marketing, particularly when you plan to reach many recipients at the same time.
The cost of copying CDs is low in comparison to colour printed materials.
A computer presentation also has the added advantage of interactivity.
Materials on CD may include photographs, documents, video and sound clips - all in one presentation that can be played on computers with any operational system that supports Adobe Flash player.
